The Oregon State Shooting Association, Inc. (“OSSA”) is the official state affiliate of the National Rifle Association (“NRA”) and the Civilian Marksmanship Program (“CMP”), and is the only statewide promoter of the NRA’s Eddie Eagle program and is the NRA recognized governing body for State Championship Matches. OSSA keeps you informed of important federal and state legislation that may affect your rights under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and Article 1, Section 27 of the Constitution of the State of Oregon. Your membership provides voting privileges within OSSA, eligibility to receive awards at State Championship Matches, and qualifies as “Membership in a CMP Affiliated Organization” for the CMP’s “Requirements for Purchase”.
Membership Information
Membership will begin on the first day of the month in which payment has been received by the Treasurer, and end on the day the membership is processed. Memberships are processed multiple times per month. Notification of Membership Renewal will be provided to you by Email within 15 days of Scheduled Expiry. To ensure effective and efficient communication, please make sure that this application is complete (*), and keep OSSA advised of any change to your Address AND Email Address. We value your membership!

General Membership

Junior Membership - $10A membership for those under 21 years of age. Junior Membership includes eligibility to receive awards at State Championship Tournaments and OSSA endorsed competition.

Collegiate Membership - $10A membership for those under 23 years of age and are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Collegiate Members must present both their OSSA membership card and their college/university ID card when registering for OSSA matches. Collegiate Membership includes eligibility to receive awards at State Championship Tournaments and OSSA endorsed competition, and qualifies as “Membership in a CMP Affiliated Organization” for the Civilian Marksmanship Program’s “Requirements for Purchase”.
