- OSSA supports this legislation.
- ORS 166.435 is amended to read: The transfer of a firearm to a transferee who is a certified participant in the Address Confidentiality Program under ORS 192.820 to 192.868 is exempt from background check.
- The Address confidentiality Program ORS 192.822 applies to any victim under ORS 192.820 to ORS 192.868. Specifically, Victims of a sexual offense, domestic violence, abuse, human trafficking, stalking or Any other individual designated by the Attorney General.
