Private/Public Range The Clatskanie Rifle & Pistol Club is an Oregon
non-profit organization that was founded in 1948. "The purpose of the Club shall be to promote the safe
and ethical use of firearms for hunting, competition, and sport; to
promote the proper use of our game and fish resources through education
of its' members and the public; to provide a place for the above efforts
and to foster good relations among sportspersons and the community at
large." (CRPC Constitution) Our bylaws state "It shall be the purpose of this club
to maintain a shooting range open to the public without fee, and to
promote instruction of the public in the safe and ethical use of
firearms for hunting, sports, and personal and public defense." The Main Outdoor Range is typically open to the public
Saturdays and Sundays from 8AM-4PM, subject to closures for maintenance,
construction, training and sanctioned competitive events. See the CRPC
